Didn't you have this one on your table at the YSIG meeting? What a nice story! I love Gammell's people--so full of life that they kind of spill out of their space.
Yes, it was on the table, because it's been well-reviewed and I found some discussion online about it being a contender. Stephen Gammell's another illustrator with both a Medal and an honor under his belt.
